Built on 100 Acres of agricultural land, east of Melbourne, Victoria, Hyland House is an elegant interpretation for a family steeped in racing history to embrace and absolutely enjoy.
As many of the finishes could be best described as traditional, the project’s success relied heavily on carpentry skills. From the weatherboard exterior to the detailed internal architraves and skirting, every element required a high level of finesse.
V joint lining was applied to all verandas and high, featured ceilings, another impressive feature of the home. The bespoke nature of these elements involved careful consideration of construction planning to successfully execute the intricate detailing.
