Fawkner House, Blairgowrie is another exciting Build by Icon Synergy on the Mornington Peninsula. It has magnificent views over the Blairgowrie Marina and North-West to Camerons Bight.
With an elevated Swimming Pool on land that quickly dropped to the rear of the site, this project had to be carefully managed from the initial site cut. To negate any future land slip, all the reinforcing mesh was engineered to connect from the lower base pool footing all the way up to the garage/main house slab.
Once again there was a substantial steel component in the structure which provided the skeleton for the open plan that takes in the surrounding views.
As with all our projects, high level finishes throughout complimented the exterior look and feel. All materials and installation details used afford the lower level of building maintenance possible.
